Return Policy

You must contact Red Rock Country Gifts either by email or telephone (1-888-271-7499) within 30 days of purchase to return defective items for credit or replacement. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. This policy applies to all merchandise except the following items:

  Conditions for Returns

  Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity.
  • Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
  • Returns which do not meet the above conditions will be returned to buyer and cost of return shipping will be charged.

  Items with Guarantees or Warranties

  If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, please follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

  Items damaged during shipment

  All merchandise damaged during shipping is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged due to shipping, please contact Red Rock Country Gifts within 20 days of the date of shipment and your claim will be processed immediately.

  14K and 10K Gold Jewelry

  Money will be refunded if the 14K/10K gold jewelry is returned in perfect resalable condition, exactly as received and unused, within 10 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee when 14K/10K gold jewelry is returned under the conditions of the guarantee.

  Return Policy for plush animals, die cast models, pedal cars/planes, & tricyles

  Returns for the above items will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects. All returns will be replaced or repaired and will ONLY be for the same model. A cancelled order will be credited in full amount ONLY if product has not shipped. A cancelled order in transit will be subject to a restocking fee.
